Replaces the repo-local Renovate config with local>AvesIT/renovate-config. Behaviour is as described in AvesIT/filesender-phpfpm#13: patches grouped, labeled automerge-patch and approved by the approve-bot; minor grouped without automerge; majors held 7 days; PRs on Monday and Friday before 06:00.

Merge after the pilot (filesender-phpfpm) has resolved the preset on an operator run.
