mccabe, pycodestyle and pyflakes are pulled in by flake8. Pinning them separately makes every flake8 bump unresolvable (#32 fails CI with ResolutionImpossible), since Renovate bumps each pin on its own.

Verified locally on Alpine 3.20: flake8 7.4.1 installs with pycodestyle 2.15.0 / pyflakes 4.0.0, flake8 and the unit tests pass. Once merged, Renovate rebases #32.
